Climbing is the best thing that has ever happened to me! Fourteen years of wonderful people, wonderful places, and wonderful experiences that I will never trade for anything in the world!

It all started at a makeshift vertical cement wall with two-by-fours covered in sandpaper for holds in the basement of the University of Calgary. My gymnastics team would sometimes go there for a little cross-training, and let me tell you, I thought it was a lot more fun than doing drills on the balance beam. I soon followed in my brother?s footsteps to join the junior team at the Calgary Climbing Center, and have never looked back.

I am currently finishing up the last year of my nursing degree in Kingston (where I got together with a psyched community to open up a bouldering co-op) so that I can help people, travel the world, and of course... climb.
